Project Description: The 16 Taber complex is a new mixed-use 6 story building in Nubian Square. This complex sits adjacent to its sister condominium building - 10 Taber, creating an intimate and pedestrian friendly, residential street along Taber Street. The building program includes a lobby with a private lounge room, two commercial spaces and a private parking garage on the first floor, the residential component with 30 units develops from the 2nd to the 6th floor. The design of the three primary facades place emphasis on it’s position as a corner lot building.
