Consisting of 6 stories, the complex has 15 residential units. The space provides residents with a covered parking garage, terraces, and a scenic roof deck. The form utilizes the slope between Taber Street and Wensley Street to gain an additional two stories. The slope between the two streets allows views of the city's skyline to be framed by residents' windows.
